PEANUT, OAT AND CINNAMON BLISS BALLS
An easy little snack to keep you going. Can be adapted to be gluten free or peanut free. Makes 12 balls.
INGREDIENTS
½ cup crunchy peanut butter (or alternative if allergic)
½ cup rolled oats (or use almond meal for gluten free)
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp flax meal
1tsp cinnamon
METHOD
Add all ingredients into a small blender or food processor and blend until combined.
Using a heaped tsp, roll mixture into balls. (approx 25g each)
Place in the fridge to set, or enjoy immediatly
