PEANUT, OAT AND CINNAMON BLISS BALLS

An easy little snack to keep you going. Can be adapted to be gluten free or peanut free. Makes 12 balls.

INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup crunchy peanut butter (or alternative if allergic)

  • ½ cup rolled oats (or use almond meal for gluten free)

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp flax meal

  • 1tsp cinnamon

METHOD

  1. Add all ingredients into a small blender or food processor and blend until combined.

  2. Using a heaped tsp, roll mixture into balls. (approx 25g each)

  3. Place in the fridge to set, or enjoy immediatly
