Claire Ward, is an Accredited  Sports Dietitian. She has completed her Sports Dietetic course at the Australian Institute of Sport. Her personal experience as a triathlete and professional experience working with sports people will help you maximise and your exercise goals with credible nutrition.

Claire has worked closely with many triathletes,  rugby players, performing artists/dancers, sprint and endurance runners and cyclist, kick boxers and endurance walkers. She can help convert the science of sports nutrition into practical and meaningful interventions for athletes and coaches. Ward Nutrition has a INBODY machine and can assess muscle and fat mass to ensure you are meeting your goals.
